Tina Stubbs
Tina graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1989 with a degree in Accounting, becoming the first in her family to earn a four-year degree. While at UNI, she excelled academically, passing both the CPA and CMA exams. After graduation, she embarked on a successful career in accounting, specializing in regulatory compliance and financial advising. Committed to giving back, Tina has been involved with Junior Achievement and established a scholarship for first-generation college students at UNI. She serves on various boards and committees, advocating for financial literacy and empowerment, particularly for women. Currently, Tina is a financial advisor at Edward Jones where she will continue to educate individuals about financial literacy and helping them reach their goals. |
Mary Lynn Sauer
Mary Lynn graduated from UNI in 1982 with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources, completing her degree in three years. She was one of the first in her family to attend college. After joining IBM in 1983, she quickly advanced to management roles in finance and helped transition IBM to a service-based business. She retired in 2018 as a controller managing a $1B budget, forming close bonds with colleagues worldwide. Her proudest achievement is her family. Mary Lynn and her husband Steve, married for 41 years, balanced careers while raising two daughters and enjoying their granddaughters. They are active in their community, volunteering at their church, a food shelf, and a women’s shelter. In retirement, they travel extensively across the US and abroad. |
Jayne Hladio
Jayne graduated from UNI in 1989 with a degree in Finance, inspired by her father's banking career. She has held executive roles at major banks like RBS, Fifth Third Bank, and U.S. Bancorp, and is currently EVP, President of Associated Bank Private Wealth. Known for her inclusive leadership, Jayne has received numerous awards, including being named a Titan 100 C-Suite leader and one of American Banker’s “Most Powerful Women in Banking Teams.” She holds an MBA from Benedictine University and completed studies at the Global Institute for Leadership Development. Active in community service, Jayne serves on boards such as Discovery World STEM Innovation Center and TEMPO Milwaukee. In her free time, she enjoys music, motivational speaking, golf, skydiving, and reading leadership books. |
